At Blonde, we celebrate artistry in everything we do. Founded by Ainsley Garbutt, a Vidal Sassoon-trained expert in luxury blonding, the studio is built on a foundation of exceptional craft. Our studio is designed with intention—every detail, from the fresh white walls to the warm-toned accents, has been carefully curated to create an inspiring, welcoming environment. We want our team to feel proud of where they work, and our open-concept layout fosters creativity and connection among stylists. Even the Pantones in our brand’s logo were pulled from actual footage of clients' blonde hair, making our identity as authentic as the services we offer.

At Blonde, we value balance. We offer working hours from Monday to Friday—no weekend work—so you can enjoy your personal time without compromise. With one evening shift a week, we also free up a morning for appointments, self-care, or other activities that are important to you. When our stylists are fulfilled and rested, they can provide the best possible care to our clients.
