After beginning her career in Vancouver and being trained in the Vidal Sassoon technique, Ainsley honed her craft through years of extensive education in hair, mentored by some of the industry’s finest. With this wealth of experience, she sought to create a brand that embodied not only luxury services and exceptional hair care but also the values of growth, connection, and balance.

I wanted to open Blonde because I had a vision to bring quality to our community where it was lacking. There was no studio available that had the proper skill set to provide luxury colour and cutting in our small but developing town. My extensive education in blonde and dimensional colour was something in demand so I wanted to cultivate a staff that could customize colour and tailor cuts to each client who were looking for a refined salon experience. I also had the vision of supporting women who want to have it all. As a mother I had many roadblocks and negative experiences when announcing I wanted a family... due to my past I envisioned a culture that provided abundance for women’s families, and a balance that allowed them to have a healthy lifestyle between successful career and being a mother. This was my dream, and I have built this vision from the ground up and now I want to go above and beyond the clouds!
