Hi, I'm Ainsley.

Blonde was built from two things I care deeply about: exceptional hair and exceptional people.

​

​Long before there was a logo, a storefront, or a team, I knew I wanted to create the kind of salon experience I believed women deserved.

​

In our industry, I experienced incredible opportunities, learned from talented people, and built a career I loved. But I also saw parts of salon culture that never sat right with me. ​​Competition instead of collaboration. "Mine" instead of "ours." Women feeling like they had to choose between building a career and building a family.

​

​When I opened Blonde, I wanted to create something different. A place where ambitious women could build meaningful careers, continue growing professionally, and still have room for the lives they wanted outside of work.

​

Today, Blonde is home to a team of talented women who genuinely care about the people who sit in their chairs. Each stylist brings her own strengths, experience, and perspective, but all of us share the same belief: great hair starts with listening.

​

Running a business isn't always glamorous. Some days it feels heavy. Some days the responsibility of carrying a vision, supporting a team, and knowing there are people who depend on you can feel overwhelming. But it is also one of the greatest privileges of my life.

​

Because Blonde was never built for me alone.

It was built for the women who work here.

For the women who trust us with their hair and their stories.

For the women building businesses in our community.

What started as a vision for a different kind of salon has grown into a community of women supporting women, both behind the chair and in the guests we serve every day.`​
