What are your hours of operation?
We are open Monday through Friday, with evening availability on Tuesdays. We are closed on weekends to ensure a balanced work schedule for our team.
Do you accept walk-ins?
All appointments must be pre-booked. We recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred stylist and time.
I don't want a blow-dry, can I book without one?
No, every service at Blonde Hair Studio is finished with a professional blow-dry and style. We do not discount this from our service packages. This ensures we can refine the cut or colour and have you leaving with a polished look.
How do I prepare for my appointment?
Make sure you've chosen a stylist who does work that you like, or want done to your hair.
We strongly encourage visiting each stylist's Instagram page before booking to view their past work.
Everyone has their own touch and specialization in technique.
Please arrive with clean, dry hair to your appointment. Ideally you have not used any colour depositing masks, toners or sprays that alter your hair, as this can affect the application and end results of your hair.
Do you do bridal or up-do styling?
We focus on lived-in blondes, colour, and haircuts. We do not offer bridal styling or up-do services.
Do you do children's or men's haircuts?
-We do not offer children's haircuts. We have a strict policy for our guests to be 12 years of age or above.
- We do however offer men's haircuts. They are only with select stylists and priced the same as all other cuts with corresponding stylists.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking a few weeks in advance, especially for colour or blonding services as our stylist's schedules can fill up quickly.
Select stylists will sometimes be booking over 1+ months in advance.
Do you require a consultation before booking?
Only colour corrections and global blonding appointments require a consult before booking. However, if you're very unsure, we welcome a consultation to ensure your future appointment is exactly what you need!
Do you sell gift cards?
Yes! We sell physical gift cards in studio and e-gift cards (which can be easily purchased over the phone.)
It makes for the perfect way to share the Blonde Hair Studio experience with someone special.
Can I bring children, guests or my pet to my appointment?
For the comfort and safety of all clients, we kindly ask that only those receiving a service to attend appointments. We do not allow children, infants, pets or additional guests in the studio.
